Mr. George Wingfield

 George worked at the Hamilton Plant on the line from 1962-66 and was there when the final Studebaker

was completed. He continued to find employment in Automotive Manufacturing by working at American

Motors and then moving over to Ford for another 34 years. He has owned many Studebakers over the years

while being a current SDC and Hamilton Chapter member. He presently is working on his Family’s 1963 GT Hawk

with his son, Steve.  George & Marlene have owned their GT Hawk since 1964 and it was there during many

Family events such as the arrival home of all three of  their Children. All of their children wish to see it back on the

road and keep it forever.
