Mr Roy Graham

In 1947, after serving in the RCAF during WW2 as a Flight Engineer on Canso and Halifax Bombers.
Roy opened up Graham’s Garage in Haydon, Ontario. In 1956 Roy was able to build a new White Rose garage.
In 1958 he received his Studebaker dealership and started to sell & service new Studebakers up until the closure of the Hamilton Plant in 1966.
He continued to service & sell used Studebakers for many years afterwards and continues to sell Studebaker parts for over 60 years.

He was a founding member of the Ontario Chapter SDC in 1972 and continued to be a very active SDC member.
In 2012 Roy Graham was honoured by the Ontario Chapter for his 40 years of exemplary service to the Chapter and
Studebaker Owners around the globe as we renamed our Most Valuble member(s) award "The Roy Graham Award".
It's given out annually to the member(s) that have displayed the utmost dedication and hardwork in promoting the Chapter.
For may years Roy would quite often drive his Blue 1966 Commander during Ontario Chapter SDC events and
help many others keep their Studebakers on the road.
Sadly on March 16th , 2024 Roy passed away at the age of 99. Roy will greatly missed by all members
of the Graham family and many SDC members who for many years got to knew Roy as a close friend
and a true Studebaker man.

In 2012 for his many contributions, Mr. Roy Graham was honoured on the Studebaker of Canada Plaque
located at the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend, Indiana.
